Taking Care of Your Children Tuesday 11:30—1:30
parents of children 2-4 years of age
Please call Brenda or Theresa with any questions
Having the full time job of being a parent can be very rewarding but also challenging.
Parents sometimes feel physically and emotionally drained by their caring role and at times, they may question themselves about their ability to keep on coping.
With the demands of being a parent, friendships can be difficult to maintain and parents can begin to feel socially isolated.
Joining our support group can be a way of forming new friendships and having access to information and the wisdom of other parents who are also raising children in the same age group.
Often in our support groups we organize social activities., workshop's, and outings.
The support of others can assist parents to continue to have the energy to keep on being the parent their child needs.
