Since 2016, FRAFCA has been hosting annual fundraising galas in hopes of expanding housing services to youth who are transitioning out of government care. Countless youth struggle with the transition into adulthood on their own. We believe that providing supportive housing, with wraparound supports, during these years is an essential service that is lacking in Surrey.
