In partnership with Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS), this program provides outreach services to at-risk, vulnerable youth under the age of 19, who may be at high risk for substance use, overdose, and homelessness. Services are provided 7 days a week in Surrey. Staff connects youth to services such as: programming, treatment centres, cultural supports, medical facilities, detox, safe consumption sites, youth addiction programs and follow up services. Staff also provides naloxone training and other health promotion/harm reduction supports to help vulnerable youth make healthier choices for themselves.
