The Family Liaison Support Worker supports and advocates for families with children ages 5-18 to access needed government and community-based resources and services to help them thrive.

- Support to access urgent needs, such as subsidies, food bank, clothing, furniture, childcare
- Advocacy and accompaniment to Ministry meetings
