ICYSN Support Workers support caregivers whose children or youth have been assigned a CYSN Social Worker and will offer wraparound support and advocacy.
Program Services
- Services available to families living in Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen and Langley
- Age 0-19
- Transportation to and from meetings, when possible
- Linking and facilitating connections between families, children, and youth with related services and resources
- Parenting groups with cultural teachings and practices, skill development, and education opportunities
- Sensory and resource library for families
Referrals
- The ICYSN Family Support Program is available for families already connected to a Children and Youth with Support Needs (CYSN) Social Worker through MCFD.
- This typically includes children or youth already diagnosed with intellectual disability or autism.
- Referrals must come directly from the CYSN/iCYSN Social Worker
- If you think your child/youth may qualify, please contact your assigned CYSN
- FRAFCA does not accept direct referrals from families or other providers
